Another exciting and enjoyable season of Ladder League play ended August 12 after 12 weeks. Joan Wilson ably organized 27 players, and on the final day she made a special presentation of Perfect End pins and letters of congratulations from Bowls Canada to Sheila Wethered and Jim Irvine, for their perfect end on July 8. Then she presented the coveted winner's plaque to Sheila Wethered. It was certainly Sheila's day in the spotlight. Bill Ferguson came second, followed by Erik Friedlander.
