42 people came out on BC Day to participate in Keith Thorpe's popular Cross Country Jitney. Many, many prizes were given out and the 50/50 draw was won by Lori Brown. The other half of the 50/50 money went to the fundraiser of the day, PADS (Pacific Assistance Dogs). Cindy Lee said that $600 was raised to help PADS dogs dealing with medical problems and an anonymous donor will match what we donated. The 50/50 tickets were put back and more gifts, donated by PetSmart, were given out. All in all, it was a very fun day under sunny skies.
